The Interfaith Solidarity and Accompaniment Coalition

The Interfaith Solidarity and Accompaniment Coalition (ISAAC) formed in the winter of 2016 – 2017 with the mission to work in solidarity for human dignity and immigrant justice and to share welcome, refuge, healing and accompaniment for all immigrants, asylum seekers and refugees who feel threatened in our communities. Members of ISAAC believe that the mandate to “welcome the stranger” is a justice issue common to virtually all faith communities and that it transcends doctrinal differences. We believe that whoever you are and wherever you are on your journey to understand and embrace immigration justice, whether you are personally affected or feel called to involvement, there is a place for you in our ISAAC community.
