Review: ACT Shorts sheds light on cross cultural connections

On October 24, 2019, ACT Human Rights Film Festival partnered with the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art and CSU’s Africa Center to present the biannual event ACT Shorts in the Museum. This edition was themed Migration, Movement, (Im)Mobility and featured two South African short films paired with several works of art in the permanent collection currently on exhibition at the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art. While the event was free, organizers did request participants make reservations. It took less than a week for the event to reach full capacity.
